Workout Wednesday

Looks like it is workout Wednesday again and I am still trying to figure out how to get workouts into my days, I still worked out, just not as much as I had hoped!

Thursday: Veg night.

Friday: 30 minutes of elliptical at the Johnson Center

Saturday: Kentucky Fit Club (free workout!)-- this week we did Power 90 Sweat Level 2-3 and Ab ripper X. The moves were pretty simple and repetitive but DANG was a SO sore the next day, I would definitely recommend this workout!

Sunday: L-A-Z-Y day. This was the night before that I stayed out until 3:30 am. Yeah so this girl was tired and did not workout, even though I did bring workout clothes with me up to NKY.

Monday: This day had hopes and aspirations of workouts. I had planned kayaking and cycling and neither worked out. Rain. Rain. And more rain. So instead I opted to sit on my bum all day. Same thing right?

Tuesday: 30 minute walk around small town USA, Indiana and a quick 1.25 mile run on the treadmill before my fantasy football draft. I did the 1.25 in 9:58, which isn't too bad at all!

Wednesday: Oh goodness, I am going to become large and in charge from this job with all of the eating out. I vow that tomorrow will be a day of better food choices, which doesn't take much. For breakfast I had a bagel with cream cheese AND strawberry yogurt. The lunch I had a cheese burger and french fries from a local cafe. And then dinner I had some cheesey garlic bread, one slice of pizza, and a hot fudge sundae. Geez Louise! I feel bloated and icky. I forced myself after our HEAVY dinner to get on the elliptical, I went 31 and a half minutes. Why the weird time? I was waiting for the calorie counter to hit 300, weird but I like ending on round numbers!

Thought you may want to see a work outfit (sorry about awkward flash)... not a workout outfit! haha...Hopefully I'll still fit in this suit next month, it' s not looking that way if I continue these terrible eating habits!
Attempting to read on the elliptical = fail. ... I really don't know how people do it without becoming permanently cross-eyed or vomiting on the elliptical?!
Grainy picture say what?! ... well I was on the elliptical and I wanted to capture a picture of what the hotel's website noted as state of the art workout facilty...um I'd say probably not, although the treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes are basically new.
